New users posting multiple questions when they go to moderation

Occasionally we'll see a new user posting a question multiple times, not understanding that they have to go through moderation before they'll show up on the site. Do these users see a message stating that their question won't show up until approved? If not, is that a feature that can be added at some point?

Yes, if a new user submits a question to the main/default Space, they will have a notification on their Question stating that it is waiting moderation. Users can always access their own questions whether they are in the mod queue, rejected or deleted.
