Is it possible to change icon?

Now I want to change icon of my app and Is it possible to change icon by using google play developer console without using unity?

The icon can be changed inside of Unity to anything you want but if you are looking to change it outside then I have no idea.

If you want to change it inside of Unity go to Build Settings/Player Setting/Default Icon.

Nope you cannot, google play console doesn't provide that.

So does it mean that when I want to change icon of my app I should update apk in play store developer console and thereby update the app?

Yes the icon is inside said AP$$anonymous$$ file.
