Does WebGL 1.0 support Video Textures?

Anyone who knows more about this? I am using WebGL 1.0 for my projects becouse of IOS still not having webgl 2.0 working. I heard that in the new ios update webgl2.0 will be supported but I can not take the risk for waiting for that update. Our project should work on all devices.

I did some googling about webgl and video textures but I did not find anything specific to 1.0

Hope someone can help.
