Hy guys, i'm doing a TPS game and i'm stuck with the animation controler

Not sure whats the simplest way to do an animator controller for third person shooter game so if anyone can give me a hint or a starting point, my AC should look something like CS:GO's or P.U.B.G's Animator control if they're done with unity :p so any suggestions? Thanks
