Edge Colliders: how to link them into the scenes
Hi everyone!
Some time ago i posted a question which resulted in a interesting answer: http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/607080/colliders-2d-apparently-touch-each-other-even-if-t.html
Anyway now the point is that when i want to shape an edge collider for the ground: we know that multiple colliders result in the problems of the scenario in the link above...
so the question is:
Do I have to create a single very long edge collider for every portion of continuous terrain? Does exists a way to handle this, linking many edge colliders to work together properly without interfere with each one and getting the boring ghost vertices phenomenon? (this apply even in the case of creating a friction floor with slippery sides)
Thanks in advance
I'll try to handle the question differently: How colliders for terrain are supposed to be managed? a long single one, or many connected by some means?
