Google play cloud upload and download game data Unity android game

In my game in Unity I want to have an editor where players could create their own map which they could share with other players. Players would upload their created map on cloud and others would download it and play it. Can I use Google play cloud for this? The only thing I can find is saving game progress on certain account on google play cloud, but not uploading game data and sharing it with others. Is it possible and are there any sources where I could find that?
