you can change your pfp in this website but not in unity id (sry bad english
you sure have found it by now (i see your picture ;) , but to set the profile picture ( if LOGED IN ) one have to click on the Avatar icon at the top-right corner of this page, then go to the "Edit account", then under the Avatar click on "upload picture"
