Characters are small in playmode

I am making a visual novel with fungus and imported my characters. The game resolution is set to 1920x1080. My characters' png files are exactly the same size, but when I go to playmode, both the characters in the scene and on the dialogue box are small. Is there a way to adjust the size and position? I can't seem to find an answer to this problem. I am new to unity. This is what it looks like in Unity: alt text
