how to make my game for all screen please ?

I need some help, because i make game and I finish them, but when I test the game on different mobile with different size screen and when i test them on big screen i see litle GUI text and when i test them in litle screen i see very big GUI text please how i do game for every size screen (sorry for the english language, i'm frensh)
