How to catch event trigger on 2 UI elements stacked on one another ?

alt text Hello, how can I click both of the 2 UI elements that are stacked on one another ? the scroll of scrollrect is controlled by the gray button in the middle, so the expected behaviour is to move the board around by dragging the gray button around. I am able to control the horizontal and vertical scroll with the gray button, but I cannot drag the content of the scroll rect around with it, since I do click on the gray button and NOT on the scroll rect. Thank you in advance
