Animation blocks my vertical mouse look?

I'm making a headbobber by making an animation clip, adding the animation to the camera, and using a script to activate the animation when pressing a walk key. The problem is that when I press the walk key, it animates just the way I want to, but the problem is that when animation plays, it blocks my vertical mouse look, but the horizontal still works. So what is the problem?
