I cant attach Visual Studio debugger to Unity

Hey, I am on unity 2020.3.25f1 and the newest vscode and win 11 and Seems that i cant attach Visual Studio debugger to Unity It won't give me the option to do it I reinstalled the vs code and installed the unity debugger but nothing works
