EXE playback issues (only on a certain PC)

Hi One computer in the office has playback issues with EXE files. The camera either spins around and round, or the camera just continuously moves forwards. I have tried builds from 2017.3.1f, 2018.2.12f & 2018.3.9f. This only happens on one particular PC, the EXE runs fine on other PCS (same build spec)

What is going on?!?!?! Thanks
