Why cant i ask a single question

could you try telling me any question that suits these and imma try asking it if it works? cuz i have no idea how to do the stuff you said. or i mean, i do know about the tags but how do i know if its private and how to make a proper etiquette? Also etiquette means name, right? Sorry for asking so much.
