I'd like to add a follow up comment to help someone out but can't. How can I help this beginner programmer out now and not when I have enough karma. Sorry but I cant help feel that adding a comment needs to be allowed if you want to foster communication and help in this forum.
Adding comments is allowed regardless of rep. Answers have a rep requirement, and can still be posted publicly after going through a moderation queue.
Weird was getting not allowed on anything. Thx.
