How do I set up in-app downloads?

Like the title says, I want to create an app that acts like a hub for my games where the user can download ones they want to play without having to download them all at once. I'm confident something like this is possible, but I'm not sure how to do it or if it's a different solution altogether. Any ideas or tips?
