how to render brain surface file in unity?
Hello, i am trying to render a brain surface output by the popular neuroimaging software freesurfer:
http://www.grahamwideman.com/gw/brain/fs/surfacefileformats.htm
however, i have no idea which surface format to use (triangle, quadrangle, etc), or how to load these formats into unity, could someone please assist me in this?
i assume i probably need to convert the freesurfer output (once i decide which one to use) into one of the unity readable data formats : https://docs.unity3d.com/540/Documentation/Manual/HOWTO-importObject.html
and then load that file, and make it into a mesh that can be rendered.
anyone have any more ideas? thanks
