Size To Grid with Walls

I know how to move an object and get it to "snap to grip", meaning snap position to the vertex I want.

I do this a lot with walls tho and I want to "snap" both sides, I want the wall segments to be sized and fit together perfectly. As it is, I can snap and position one side of the wall perfectly, but the other side always has to be manually sized, usually meaning overlapping slightly.

Is there an easy way to do this I don't know about? Thanks
