Video freezing after a few seconds on Oculus Quest builds.

When playing a video in an Oculus Quest build, the video stutters and freezes after a few seconds, but it works fine in the editor (without VR and via Oculus Link).

I have tested transcoding to all the different codecs, but nothing changed. I have also tried preparing the video first, not waiting for the first frame, etc...

Unity version: 2019.3.11f1.
