Character Cannot Walk Down On Stairs and Slops

Hey, I am new to unity and I made a simple character that walks around using WASD keys. The main issue is that the character can walk up stairs and slopes but cannot walk back down. or finds it difficult walking back down. is there anything I missed? I know Unity delays in answering,but this is really really urgent. I tried changing the step offset and the slope limit but still, nothing works. any help?
