How to walk stairs with active ragdoll made of rigidbodies?
I have implemented a active ragdoll with the following tutorial series: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbyScpgl5mw
So I have a rigidbody in every limb of my model which are connected by hinge joints. My ragdoll can move and jump, but can't walk on over small obstacles or stair/steps. How can I achieve that my ragdoll can walk over stairs and small obstacles?

If you would like to do this manually, like with a character controller script. Then footIK might work with that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MonxKdgxi2w If you would like the ragdoll to be AI, then consider using the NavMeshAgent component, (untested with ragdolls) which has built-in obstacle avoidance https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/AI.NavMeshAgent.html
