Admob - Can I use the same Ad and App ID on my Amazon App as my Google Play one?

I was wondering if I was allowed to use the same Ad and App Identifier for the same application if I publish that same application on the Amazon App and Google Play?

AdMob does not explicitly have a "Amazon Appstore" option, only Google Play and Apple's App Store.

Additionally can I use the same ID (e.g. "com.test.game")?
