What GPU, CPU for Unity?

Hello, im gonna buy Unity, and get Autodesk Maya, im a Beginner in Game design and Game programing, i want 2 know if a I7 IVY BRIDGE intel chip and Nvidia Titan or gtx 680 are fine for 3D modeling and Unity?

i know i should get a Quadro 4000 but u cant play games with it, but i wanna build this system just for work.

I have an i7 and Intel 4000 integrated graphics. I can run both unity and autodesk maya at the same time. I think you should be fine.
