Mobile--Create Contact From App

I need a way to create a contact- or prompt to create a new contact with certain information. For example, if there is a phone number or an email, I want to be able to click on it and it will redirect me to the contacts app which will fill in the information and allow you to choose if you want to make a new contact.

If this is not possible, alternatively I need a way that the user can click on a phone number or an email that will act like a link, where pressing and holding will give you the option to create a contact with that information.

If any of this is unclear, let me know and I will try to explain it better.
