UnityWebRequest POST Fail on Samsung Note8

i use UnityWebRequest post data,it's work good,but just on Samsung Note8,

UnityWebRequest responseCode = 0, error ="Unknow Error"

i already try set useHttpContinue = false,

but it's no use,

i try to GET google ,Samsung Note8 is work

i try to GET Apple GetAppVersionAPI, Samsung Note8 is not work

i try to POST Data to my company API, Samsung Note8 is not work

i try to POST https://ptsv2.com/t/ckyhc-1562726337 ,Samsung Note8 is work

any can help me?
