Android Application.targetFrameRate not working
in the editor, it works but on the phone always 30fps, and QualitySettings.vSyncCount does not have an effect
unity version: 2020.3.1f1 Personal
scene: Global Volume (disabled), and few Spheres with Emission but not glowing because i disabled the volume, Canvas, buttons, text
Packages: Universal RP, TextMeshPro
Stats: FPS:190(but not on android) Cpu main 5.4ms, render thread 2.1ms, Batches 28, Tris 1.8K, Verts 5.3k SetPass Calls 28 Shadow Casters 1
