Post processing bloom brightens the whole screen

The bloom seems to work perfectly in scene view, but in game view the whole screen just brightens up.

Could you send some images of your scene vs game view and your settings for your post process volume?

Thanks for the images. I think I know what went wrong.

The way bloom works is it looks for bright pixels on the screen, and brightens them even more, as well as creating a glow effect around the pixel. Bright pixels are white, and dark pixels are black. You see the issue here?

In your scene view, the background is black, so all other elements glow correctly. However in your game view, the background is white, and therefore the entire background glows, making your whole scene look too bright.

I would recommend looking at modifying the threshold slider by increasing its value, so that objects with high intensity emissive materials will glow, but the background won't, I hope. @srujan1
