Being Spammed With Error Messages About GiCache

I'm trying to start learning Unity so I don't really even know what this problem is. The message reads "Failed to create GiCache directory at the default location: C:/Users/Finn/AppData/LocalLow/Unity/Caches/GiCache" Thousands of these keep popping up.

How do I solve this? I've uninstalled/reinstalled many times, tried going to that location in my computer and creating the folder because it didn't exist, running as administrator. I feel lost.
