Error code pop up when create new script

This error code pops up when creating a new script or starting a new project

Win32Exception: ApplicationName='D:\Programs\Editor\Data\Tools\RoslynScripts\unity_csc.bat', CommandLine='/noconfig @Temp/UnityTempFile-93d1d869c15ea5b438e9e0197590d556', CurrentDirectory='', Native error= The system cannot find the file specified.

Reinstalled everything but the problem persists

updating to the current lts version of unity probably fix your issue
