Can I delete .resource, .info, and .bin files before backing up?

Hello,

Every time that I back up my game I notice that many .resource, .info, and .bin files are copied over. This significantly increases the time it takes to back up the game. Am I able to safely delete these three file types from my game file before backing it up, or will it cause my game to break? Or, are there any other techniques that I could use to reduce the size of my game or increase the back up speed?
