Decompression error while importing package 3d Game Kit

Question

I imported the 3D Game Kit package for the Unity 2018 but it shows decompression error, see attached picture !! I have 70gb on the storage disk of the project! What could be happening ??

using 2.6 same problem, same error, 2018 LTS works tho... but all other builds give me errors
