Projects error out during pdb2mdb conversion process, because these projects uses Linq ,

I wrote a script and using pdb2mdb.exe to convert pdb to mdb. This conversion fails for couple of projects because Linq is used in the C# files.

I am not sure if pdb2mdb handles Linq property. Is there any possible solution?,
