Unity/Arduino communication latency,Arduino/unity latency

Hey, I'm creating a game where i intended to use a joystick controlled by an Arduino to control my main character and to add led so they can give information to the player. I tried to use this two assets: https://ardity.dwilches.com/ https://github.com/relativty/wrmhl When i'm in the editor, everything is running good and has not a lot of latency. But when I build my game (with very few objects, it has a 5 seconds delay. It's really weird ans if anyone can help it would be really great.
