UI not clearing draw from last frame
Unity beginner here. I've just started on the UI for my application, and things were going alright until I tried to cause some UI elements to rescale. It seems to be drawing each frame over the past frames (see image below), causing the element to leave "drag trail". I also have a ScrollRect with a Mask on it that has the same issue when I scroll. I've looked for a few days but no one that I have seen is having the same problem. I have tried ForceUpdateCanvas, ClearFlags on the camera, but to no avail. The camera viewing the game scene doesn't have any issues, it updates just fine, it is only the UI elements that seems to have this "dragging" effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you work on 2D project, turn off the sky box effect, this works on me.
