mouse project settings

I would like to change the project setting so that the mouse movement controls the arrow keys Horizontal and Vertical movements. In other words I don't want to use the arrow keys to control the 1st person player, I want to use mouse with no buttons,no scrolling, just the movement of the mouse. Ex. When I move the mouse to the left the first person player moves to the left etc... Can anyone help me with this? thanx
