my input system dose not show up on the assets folder

,after i installed the new input system 1.0.0 on unity 2019.4.12f1 it didn‘t show up on the assets folder and when i opened it up on the packages folder i got a massage that tells me that this package and all its assets will be hidden by default in the editor because its type is empty, i also got a massage in the console says that The 32-bit Windows player is not currently supported by the Input System even tho my windows is 64-bit i tried to re-install it and then install it on a new project but none of that worked please help
