triangles at the corner of canvas panels not showing. what do I do ?

Is the Object you're selecting Enabled in the Scene? Unless the arrows are out of view, That's the only thing I can think of.
yes it is enabled. and no those arrows are not out of the view, if I center the panel, arrows still not showing.
And the object definitely has a "Rect Transform" Component on it? And is a child of a canvas object?
yes. even if I delete old one and start with new scene, right click ui->panel, those arrow doesnt appear.
