I have a question about collisions
if I generate 1 cube in position (0,0,0) and then I generate another one in the same position, 2 collisions that are in the same space, does the game slow down? If there are many objects that the collisions are in the same space or that share part of a space, will it affect the game? I don't quite understand, all collisions are between 2 objects.. The more collisions you have the more processing power required.

No that won't. Of course the game will slow down at some point but you can even do fine with tens of cubes. If the game slows down try to build the scenes and run the game and play it on player mode.
However, if two cubes in the same position with non-On Tirgger colliders you can some weird things as the two corresponding colliders are trying to push themselves.
