Why Trigger colliders costs more than non trigger ones?
Hi. I am making a 3D mobile game with different damages for each body part. In this case i should use hurtbox colliders on different rig parts. And i've been trying to find out most performant way to do so. These are my tests on Xiaomi Redmi 5A device:
50 animated (idle => walk = run => back to idle) characters with 11 :
trigger colliders with no physic layers checked! 25-26 FPS
trigger colliders with all physic layers checked! 19-22 FPS
non trigger colliders with no physic layers checked! 24-25 FPS
non trigger colliders with all physic layers checked! 25-26 FPS
*by physic layer i meant the Layer Collision Matrix
