need help understanding paths and directories on iphone

Question

How do I view the directories on the iphone or xcode when it is running a unity iphone project on the phone. I'm trying to see where the Documents folder is and the other folders that relate to the paths like Application.dataPath

In Xcode go to the organizer and click on Applications for the iphone that is running the project.

You can then view the data and/or download it from the bottom icons.
