IntelliSense not working as expected
I am following a tutorial to make an object move. This is the file:

Vector3 movement = new Vector3( Input.GetAxis("Horizontal") , 0f , 0f );
transform.position += movement * Time.deltaTime * movementSpeed;
}
}
Vector3
is not being highlighted blue like it should be, the same is happening with Input
Things I have considered:
I have "using UnityEngine;" in my code
I am using Visual Studio 2019
I have "game development with unity" checked for VS
I followed this forum post with same question from the user praetorblue talking about IntelliSense, that linked me to this forum question was able to follow until step 4 as I couldn't find check box for " Generate all csproj"
in the same forum post I followed andycodes advice and added all the .NET versions for visual studio and restarted my computer, I am still having this problem, Vector3 is not being recognized. Any advice is appreciated
