It seems to be failing to allocate memory. My guess is that you have something in your app allocating more and more memory over time without ever releasing it. Monitor the memory of your android device and see if this is the case. I would also use the profiler in Unity to either profile while connected to your android device or profile a desktop build, see what allocates memory.
