What is the expected response time for a payment issue?
Attempted to buy 2 assets during a flash sale. For some reason the unity store rejected the checkout process even though my credit card showed that the transaction was accepted.
After attempting to complete checkout 3 times I finally gave up and filed a support ticket. This was 18 days ago and have yet to receive a response.
First time that I am experiencing issues with the store but didn't expect the support to take this long. Does anyone have any insights as to when I can expect a response or how to proceed?
This payment issue is causing delays in my development process and I would like to resolve it ASAP.
