I got billing problem and no response from Unity’s Customer Service yet?!
My ticket number is: #1148569 - currently active (open) It has been 3 days and I still haven’t gotten any reply from Unity’s Customer Service, starting to lose my patience. I’ll explain briefly what happened again: I was purchasing 5 assets from Unity Store(with Visa card), (date 17/12/2021) when I pressed [Pay now] to purchase the pay website loading but after 2 minutes the website refreshed itself like I haven’t made my purchase - it should take me back to Unity Store with my purchased assets but it didn’t . However the bank declined my money and just like that I lost about 84$ (I didn’t receive the assets I want to purchase). With no Order History or money transaction history, I have no idea what’s going on - yes, no order history at all. I knew my money got declined because I got text from bank on my phone that I has purchased from UNITY COPEN, but my bank account doesn’t register any transaction orders too just like in Unity Store’s Order History. My best guess is I has lost internet connection when the website made transaction that’s may explain why I got my money declined but the website refreshed and I didn’t receive my purchased assets with no order history. I know I’m being rude for asking this but: Are all Unity’s Customers Services on vacation or something? - If that’s the case I can’t really complain since it’s holiday. This incident with Unity Store has really scarred me.. I don’t think I have guts to purchase anything again in the Store.
