"Payouts of the current month have already been processed" what does it mean?

Wish you a good day. I am new In Unity and also a Student. I was going to get my payout in 28 October 2021 but because of my paypal account was messed up the balance couldn't transfer then I added the Bank Information and now I am seeing "Payouts of the current month have already been processed" in my Finance Page which I am really confused. My query is that is my money is on the way to my Bank Account?
