is one-time-payment option for Unity Pro still available ? (2020)

I was thinking about buying Unity Pro but i when i go the Unity website i can't the option to pay one time, only monthly or yearly, I would like to know if i can still buy Unity Pro with one time payment rather than paying per month or year. Thanks in advance.
