Do i need the unity certified user level programmer course to do the VR developer course?.

So i have been working with unity for more than 6 years and i want to do the certifications that are available.
I would like to know if you can just do any course without buying the previous levels or if its a requirement for doing it?.
In that case, can the courses be taken in LATAM?
After user level course i plan to go to associate, professional and expert.
