Volumetric Spherical fog through scripting?
So, ive been watching some videos on this, none of them explain how or what they did to achieve this, I am working on a planet, Witch i need an atmosphere for. Also i need help with lighting, For making a sun, (No directional light; minimal lighting settings .. etc) Im not asking for script again, I just am wondering how Should I accomplish this? Maybe through a particle system? (Not Volumetric) The reason why i ask this; is because I need an atmosphere, If there is any way for Like a transition, When you go into the planet for the sky to turn blue or something, Please let me know. Thanks!
You could try creating a procedural skybox material, pass a reference to it to a script, and change its variables (for example atmosphere thickness). Unfortunately, the manual and scripting reference has almost no information about this. You can try the example from this page, but replacing it with names of the procedural material's parameter names.

I want the same effect. This video helped me a lot to get volumetric effect. http://bit.ly/2JrWQja They didnt make a custom script to get the effect but used an asset instead. Hope this will help you.
