Is unity limited on IRAN?
My package manager dos't load list of package on unity 2018 and gives me the error: "Cannot perform upm operation: connect ETIMEDOUT 75.126.208.206:443 [NotFound] UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions()".
Is it because of my country limits?
I'm not up-to-date with US politics (since I'm from Europe) but i guess the sanctions against Iran are still up. So no US company is allowed to do any kind of trading with sanctioned countries. You may want to have a look at this forum post. If you need a more clear / official answer you could try contact the Unity support directly.
Unfortunately most political pressure will actually hit the residents of a country. If the pressure on the people is high enough the people of the country may redirect this pressure to the government of their country to clear up the situation. Politics is dirty business and individuals don't matter
