What is GUID vs AssetPath?
I don't understand the difference between the two. I read the documentation, but it doesn't state it out very clearly. Please provide an example of an address in GUID
and its AssetPath
counterpart and explain further.
Thank you.

The GUID is a unique ID for the asset, assigned by Unity automatically. The asset path is the current location of the asset in the project.
If you move the asset around in your project, the asset path will change accordingly but the GUID will not change.
I hope this helps!

Unity GUID — Globally Unique Identifier for the asset.
